The module covers theoretical and practical sessions.

In our yoga teacher training school, we emphasize individuals and how to help them to understand yoga and its teachings. We have well-qualified and experienced teaching faculity . Some of them have teaching experience over 20 years in india and overseas . All our teachers are graduated from university faculty .
We take a maximum of 8 students in one batch. Each day we have at least five session.
